The Commission of Budget and Accounting shall require each agency making application for allocations to certify whether expenditures made and losses incurred as a direct result of the disaster are reimbursable under federal grants, private gifts, donations or otherwise.In the event allocations are made under the provisions of Sections 27-107-169 through 27-107-189, the commission of budget and accounting shall require that any reimbursements for expenditures made with the allocated funds shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the state general fund.Laws, 1979, 1st Ex Sess. ch. 4, § 7, eff. 5/3/1979.
