The total authorized expenditure of state funds under the provisions of Sections 27-107-169 through 27-107-189 from either an appropriation by the legislature or from funds borrowed under the provisions of Section 27-107-187 shall not exceed an aggregate amount of three million dollars ($3,000,000.00).Laws, 1979, 1st Ex Sess. ch. 4, § 9, eff. 5/3/1979.
