Section 27-115-87 - Corporation division heads, employees are public servants

All division heads, officers and employees of the corporation shall be considered public servants as defined in Section 25-4-103. All division heads and officers of the corporation are subject to Section 25-4-25 and shall be required to file a Statement of Economic Interest with the Mississippi Ethics Commission.Added by Laws, 2018EX1, ch. 2, SB 2001,§ 44, eff. 9/1/2018.
