Section 27-115-91 - Informational submission of annual operating budget to Joint Legislative Budget Commission

For informational purposes only, the corporation shall submit to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee a copy of the corporation's annual operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The budget shall include an estimate of net proceeds to be deposited into the State Highway Fund during the succeeding fiscal year.Added by Laws, 2018EX1, ch. 2, SB 2001,§ 46, eff. 9/1/2018.
