Section 27-15-229 - Privilege tax exemptions; national and state banks

None of the provisions of this chapter shall be construed as imposing a privilege tax on any national bank now or hereafter located in the State of Mississippi, or on any bank incorporated or chartered under the laws of the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 9678; Laws, 1940, ch. 120; Laws, 1944, ch. 138, § 59, eff. 6/1/1944.
