Section 27-19-123 - Exchange of information with certain agencies or departments of the United States government, State of Mississippi or other states

(1) The department may, upon request duly received from officials entrusted with the enforcement of similar laws of any other state, forward to such officials any information requested by them with reference to such laws.(2) The department is authorized to exchange any information it may have on commercial vehicles with any agency or department of the United States government, the State of Mississippi or any other state that is responsible for enforcement of laws, rules and regulations relating to the safety of commercial vehicles.
