Section 27-19-32 - License tags or plates and renewal license decals; mailing costs

No governmental subdivision shall bear the cost of mailing or delivering a license plate or decals to the purchaser of such license plate or decals. No charge, if any, to the purchaser for such mailing shall be in excess of the actual cost of said mailing.Laws, 1975, ch. 477, § 2; Laws, 1976, ch. 361, § 4, eff. 11/1/1976.
