Motor vehicle dealers and motorcycle dealers who are not designated agents pursuant to Section 63-21-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall make quarterly reports to the commission on forms prescribed by the commission by the twentieth day of each month following the months of March, June, September and December on all motor vehicles that have been wholesaled to other dealers in Mississippi and also on all out-of-state sales.Laws, 1979, ch. 460, § 8; Laws, 2001, ch. 596, § 48, eff. 7/1/2001.
