(1) Manufacturers and factory branches shall transport motor vehicles owned from the place of manufacture or factory branch to purchasers or motor vehicle dealers, or from the motor vehicle dealer to the manufacturer or factory branch.(2) Trailer dealers shall use distinguishing number tags only on trailers moving from the motor vehicle dealer's place of business to the purchaser or, when purchased by the motor vehicle dealer, to its place of business.Codes, 1942, § 9352-111; Laws, 1966, ch. 577, § 11; Laws, 1979, ch. 460, § 6, eff. 11/1/1979.
