Section 27-25-723 - Constitutionality

If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this article shall, for any reason, be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, which changes or materially affects the scheme and method of taxation herein provided for, or which in anywise prevents or modifies the exemptions provided for under Section 27-25-721 hereof, then the whole of the article shall be invalid, and every law which this article amends, modifies or repeals shall become operative and in full force and effect.Codes, 1942, § 9417.5-13; Laws, 1948, ch. 447, § 13, eff. 7/1/1948.
