The Commissioner of Revenue shall receive an annual salary fixed by the State Personnel Board. The actual traveling expenses of the commissioners and of the employees of the Department of Revenue incurred in the performance of their official duties shall be allowed, and such salaries and expenses shall be payable out of funds appropriated for the expenses of the Department of Revenue.Codes, 1942, § 9203; Laws, 1932, ch. 119; Laws, 2009, ch. 492, § 12, eff. 7/1/2010.
