Section 27-35-109 - Changes in rolls duty of chancery clerk

All changes made in the assessment rolls by the supervisors shall be entered on the assessment roll by its clerk, and all certificates required to be furnished by the board of supervisors relating in any way to the assessment of property shall be made by the chancery clerk.Codes, Hemingway's 1921 Supp. § 7769q1; 1930, § 3174; 1942, § 9798; Laws, 1920, ch. 323.
