Section 27-35-7 - Where persons and property assessed

Real property shall be assessed in the county, municipality and district where situated; and all tangible personal property shall be assessed in the county, municipality or district in which the same may be on the day the said tax lien takes effect, and the list thereof may be rendered by an agent of the owner.
