The state tax commission, shall, upon the consummation of the agreement, or agreements authorized by this article, or any renewal or alteration thereof, file with the state treasurer an itemized statement of the amounts due to the state.Upon receipt of the said sum by the treasurer, the part determined by the state tax commission to be due the State of Mississippi shall be credited to the general fund as a part of the general revenues of the state.Codes, 1942, § 9869; Laws, 1940, ch. 293.
