Section 27-37-5 - Agreement; notice to subdivisions

Each agreement entered into pursuant to Section 27-37-3 shall contain the names of the political subdivisions with respect to which it is consummated and a statement of the proportionate share of the payment by the United States to which each political subdivision shall be entitled. The governing body shall immediately notify each political subdivision of the county with respect to which an agreement is entered into, of the consummation thereof.Codes, 1942, § 9856; Laws, 1940, ch. 293.
