All funds collected by the commission under provisions of this article, or under the provisions of any other law, which may now or in the future be collected by said commission, are hereby designated as public funds of the State of Mississippi and shall be by it deposited in accordance with Section 27-3-57.Codes, 1942, § 10078-18; Laws, 1969 Ex Sess, ch. 56, § 18; Laws, 1979, ch. 417, § 5; Laws, 1981, ch. 468, § 37, eff. 7/1/1981.
