Any person subject to the tax imposed by this article shall apply to the commission for a 'user's permit' on forms prescribed by the commission.Said permit may be revoked by the commission at any time upon ten (10) days written notice, if said permittee shall fail to comply with the provisions of this article.Laws, 1989, ch. 462, § 3, eff. 7/1/1989.
