Section 27-65-221 - Duration and renewal of tax collection agreements

Any tax collection agreements between the State Tax Commission and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians shall be for a term not to exceed ten (10) years; however, such agreements shall be renewable upon expiration by the mutual consent of the parties.Laws, 1986, ch. 322, § 6, eff. 3/13/1986.
