Section 27-7-312 - Certain withholding tax revenue to be deposited in Mississippi Advantage Jobs Incentive Payment Fund

(1) Of the revenue collected under the provisions of this article from the new direct jobs of a qualified business or industry as defined in Section 57-62-5 of the Mississippi Advantage Jobs Act, an amount equal to the estimated amount of the quarterly incentive payment for which such qualified business or industry is eligible shall be deposited into the Mississippi Advantage Jobs Incentive Payment Fund created pursuant to Section 57-62-1 et seq., on or before the twentieth day of the month following the close of each calendar quarter.(2) Of the revenue collected under the provisions of this article from the qualified jobs of a qualified business or industry as defined in Section 57-99-1, an amount equal to the estimated amount of the quarterly incentive payment for which such qualified business or industry is eligible shall be deposited into the MMEIA Withholding Rebate Fund created pursuant to Section 57-99-5, on or before the twentieth day of the month following the close of each calendar quarter.(3) Of the revenue collected under the provisions of this article from the qualified jobs of a qualified business or industry as defined in Section 57-100-1, an amount equal to the
