Section 27-71-25 - Records to be maintained

Any person engaged in the business of selling alcoholic beverages shall keep such records and make such reports with respect to the receipt, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages as the commission may require. It shall be the duty of the commission to prescribe and promulgate uniform rules and regulations for keeping such records and making such reports.Codes, 1942, § 10265-113; Laws, 1966, ch. 649, § 13, eff. 7/1/1966.
