Section 29-1-103 - Liability for damages in construction of pipe lines

No such pipe line shall be built or constructed in a manner to be dangerous to persons or property, nor in a manner to interfere with the common use of public lands, and the owner of any such pipe line shall be responsible in damages for any injury caused by construction or use of such pipe line.Codes, 1942, § 4114-02; Laws, 1962, ch. 617, § 2, eff. 3/13/1962.
