The establishment of local tidal datums and the determination of the location of the mean high water line or the mean low water line, whether by federal, state or local agencies or private parties, shall be made in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in this chapter, and in accordance with supplementary regulations promulgated by the commission.Laws, 1989, ch. 495, § 13; Laws, 1994, ch. 578, § 55, eff. 7/1/1994.
