Every such lease shall empower the lessee to enter upon the premises leased and explore and develop such premises for oil, gas, or either of them, or such other mineral as may be included in the terms of said lease, and to do all things necessary or expedient for the production and preservation of any of such products; and shall inure to the lessee, his heirs or assigns.Codes, 1930, § 6763; 1942, § 6601; Laws, 1926, ch. 318; Laws, 1930, ch. 278.
