Section 29-3-53 - Term lessee defined

Any lease executed pursuant to this chapter shall inure to the benefit of the lessee therein named, his heirs and assigns, and in case the lessee be a corporation, to such lessee and its assigns.Codes, 1930, § 6785; 1942, § 6628; Laws, 1926, ch. 318; Laws, 1930, ch. 278.
