Except for willful or gross negligence, no action or suit sounding in tort arising out of the lease or use of the land for recreational purposes shall be brought or maintained against the authority or the trustees on account of any act or omission done in performance of the purposes and services authorized in Sections 29-3-151 through 29-3-183.Laws, 1978, ch. 467, § 4, eff. 7/1/1978.
