Section 29-3-183 - Bond proceeds may be utilized to pay preliminary expenses

The authority is hereby authorized to pay from the proceeds of any bonds issued under the provisions of Sections 29-3-151 through 29-3-183 the preliminary expenses, including engineers' reports, attorneys' fees, and organization or administration expenses and any expenses incurred by the county in planning and creating the project and its development.Laws, 1973, ch. 498, § 17, eff. 4/16/1973.
