All parking spaces on the north side of the New Capitol Building, other than those adjacent to the north side of said building, between the north, or High Street entrance, and the east walkway, or President Street entrance, shall be and are hereby reserved for use of state officers, state employees and authorized members of the press whose official duties require their presence in the New Capitol Building.Parking spaces not otherwise specifically designated may be made available to other state officers and employees not domiciled in the New Capitol Building, in the discretion of the Office of General Services and under such regulations as may be prescribed therefor.Codes, 1942, §§ 8952-11, 8952-12; Laws, 1972, ch. 326, §§ 12, 13; Laws, 1984, ch. 488, § 14, eff. 7/1/1984.
