All sums of money realized and/or received from the sale of any and all oil or gas or other minerals, lease contract, rentals, royalties, or otherwise, contemplated by this chapter, shall be immediately deposited in the general fund of the state treasury.Codes, 1942, § 5953; Laws, 1932, ch. 114.
