Section 31-1-3 - Duties vested in Secretary of State

Any other duties and powers heretofore vested in the former office of board of public contracts and not specifically transferred to a specific state agency or office or specifically repealed are transferred to and vested in the Secretary of State.Codes, 1942, § 8961-03; Laws, 1968, ch. 506, § 28, eff. 8/8/1968.
