Section 31-11-1 - Bureau of building, grounds, and real property management; definitions

(1) For purposes of this chapter, the term 'state building commission' shall mean the Governor's office of general services acting through the bureau of building, grounds and real property management.(2) Wherever the term 'state building commission' or 'building commission' appears in the laws of the State of Mississippi, it shall be construed to mean the Governor's office of general services.Codes, 1942, § 9023-01; Laws, 1944, ch. 328, § 1; Laws, 1984, ch. 488, § 29, eff. 7/1/1984.
