The state bond retirement commission shall pay the necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of Sections 31-17-27 through 31-17-43 out of any appropriation made for that purpose by the Legislature.Laws, 1944, ch. 140, § 10, eff. 4/4/1944.
