The proceeds of all such temporary borrowings shall be paid to the State Treasurer to be held and disposed of in accordance with such laws of the state authorizing the sale and issuance of the related state-supported debt.Laws, 2004, 3rd Ex Sess, ch. 1, § 176, eff. November 24, 2004.
