Section 31-17-165 - Powers and authority of commission

The commission is hereby authorized to do such other acts and enter into such other agreements as may be needed or be appropriate in connection with the sale, issuance and payment of the notes and any program developed by the commission in relation thereto.Laws, 2004, 3rd Ex Sess, ch. 1, § 177, eff.
