Section 31-25-29 - Intergovernmental cooperation

(1) The bank may obtain the aid and cooperation of the local governmental units, including those not being assisted by the bank through the purchase of the municipal securities thereof, and the bank and such local governmental units shall have the power to enter into such agreements and arrangements as they deem necessary or advisable to obtain for the bank such aid and cooperation.(2) In addition to other powers of intergovernmental cooperation granted herein, all officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions of the state are authorized and empowered to render any and all of such services to the bank as may be within the area of their respective governmental functions as fixed or established by law and as may be requested by the bank. All of such officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions are authorized and directed to comply promptly with any such reasonable request by the bank as to the making of any study or review as to the desirability, need, cost or expense with respect to any local facility, or the financial feasibility thereof or the financial or fiscal responsibility or ability in connection therewith of any local governmental
