If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences or parts of this chapter shall for any reason be questioned in any court and shall be adjudged unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisions of this chapter, but shall be confined in its operations to the specific provisions so held invalid, and inapplicability or invalidity of any such section, clause, provision or part shall not be taken to affect or prejudice in any way the remaining part or parts of this chapter.Laws, 1987, ch. 429, § 13, eff. 3/30/1987.
