Section 31-31-33 - Validation of bonds

The bonds authorized under the authority of this chapter may be validated in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi, in the manner and with the force and effect provided by this chapter, for the validation of county, municipal, school district and other bonds. The notice to taxpayers required by such statutes shall be published in a newspaper published or having a general circulation in the City of Jackson, Mississippi.Laws, 1995, ch. 628, § 17, eff. 7/1/1995 (became law without the Governor's signature).
