Section 31-31-39 - Exemption from taxation of bonds and income from bonds

Bonds issued under this chapter and income from the bonds shall be exempt from all taxation in the State of Mississippi.Laws, 1995, ch. 628, § 20, eff. 7/1/1995 (became law without the Governor's signature).
