Section 31-7-309 - Recovery of attorney's fees in action to collect interest penalty

Whenever a vendor brings formal administrative or judicial action to collect interest due under Sections 31-7-301 through 31-7-317, the public body shall be required to pay any reasonable attorney's fees if the vendor prevails.Laws, 1986, ch. 489, § 5, eff. 10/1/1986.
