Section 33-1-35 - Prior tenures, enlistments, rights and privileges preserved

Nothing contained in this chapter, and in chapters 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 of this title, shall be construed to affect the appointment, enlistment, tenure in office, period of enlistment, rights, privileges, immunities, compensation, emoluments, or other rights of the Adjutant General, commissioned officers, warrant officers, or enlisted men of the Army and Air National Guard of this state.Codes, 1942, § 8519-151; Laws, 1966, ch. 539, § 94, eff. 6/1/1966.
