Section 33-11-3 - Custody and use of training facilities

The Adjutant General shall be the state custodian of training facilities. No training facility shall be used for any other than a strictly military purpose without the recommendation of the officer in charge thereof and approval of the Adjutant General.Codes, 1942, § 8519-112; Laws, 1966, ch. 539, § 75, eff. 6/1/1966.
