Section 33-11-7 - Leasing of training facilities

The Adjutant General of the state is authorized and empowered to lease for and on behalf of the Mississippi National Guard, and for its use and benefit, such real property within the state as may be necessary and suitable for military installations and training facilities or other military purposes. Said leases may be made for a period of not to exceed ninety-nine (99) years.
