Section 33-13-485 - Cruelty and maltreatment

Any person subject to this code, who is guilty of cruelty toward, or oppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Codes, 1942, § 8529-91; Laws, 1966, ch. 538, § 91, eff. 6/1/1966.
