Section 33-13-489 - Resistance, breach of arrest, and escape

Any person subject to this code who resists apprehension or breaks arrest or who escapes from physical restraint lawfully imposed shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Codes, 1942, § 8529-93; Laws, 1966, ch. 538, § 93, eff. 6/1/1966.
