Section 33-13-495 - Noncompliance with procedural rules

Any person subject to this code who:(a) Is responsible for unnecessary delay in the disposition of any case of a person accused of an offense under this code; or(b) Knowingly and intentionally fails to enforce or comply with any provision of this code regulating the proceedings before or after trial of an accused; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Codes, 1942, § 8529-96; Laws, 1966, ch. 538, § 96; Laws, 1981, ch. 362, § 78, eff. 7/1/1981.
