Though not specifically mentioned in this code, all disorders and neglect to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the state military forces and/or all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the state military forces, of which persons subject to this code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general or special court-martial according to the nature and degree of the offense and shall be punished at the discretion of the court.Codes, 1942, § 8529-113; Laws, 1966, ch. 538, § 113; Laws, 1981, ch. 362, § 88, eff. 7/1/1981.
