(1) The time limitation for the Governor to request federal emergency or major disaster assistance shall be in accordance with current federal regulations.(2) The time limitation for disaster applicants to request assistance and file applications under current federal regulations is sixty (60) days from the date of declaration of disaster by the President. The time limitation for applicants to request state rental assistance under the State Temporary Housing Program is thirty (30) days following the declaration of an emergency by the Governor.
