Section 33-7-11 - Oaths

Those who are appointed, commissioned, warranted, or enlisted or drafted in the active militia or state military forces shall take and subscribe an oath as prescribed in appropriate laws and regulations governing the Armed Forces of the United States and the military forces of the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 8519-37; Laws, 1966, ch. 539, § 26, eff. 6/1/1966.
