Section 33-9-13 - Allowances for maintenance

Each unit shall be entitled to such maintenance fund allowances as may be provided in the annual appropriations act as apportioned by the Adjutant General under such regulations as the Governor may prescribe.Codes, 1942, § 8519-98; Laws, 1966, ch. 539, § 68, eff. 6/1/1966.
