Section 37-101-45 - Lessee's rights and remedies

Any holder of lease rights arising under the provisions of Section 37-101-41, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, or other proceeding, may protect and enforce any and all rights granted thereunder, or under the resolution pursuant to which such lease was signed, or under said lease, and may enforce and compel performance of all duties required by said section to be performed, in order to provide for the payment of the lease obligations set out in said lease.Codes, 1942, § 6724.5-02; Laws, 1968, ch. 413, § 3, eff. 7/19/1968.
