The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning is hereby authorized to establish an executive institute which shall be responsible for providing advanced training and assessment for public sector executives, elected officials, state board and commission members, and officers and employees of local government entities of the State of Mississippi.Laws, 1989, ch. 472, § 1, eff. 3/28/1989.
